In light of recent security improvements to the product, at approximately 4:55PM Eastern, all users of the FluidSurveys application were forcibly logged out of their accounts. This did not affect any survey takers, nor did it affect any live data being collected.
The security improvement that has been put into place is regarding password changes. Previously, changing the password on an account didn't terminate any other sessions. As of this server update, any user who changes his/her password will cause all other sessions logged into their account to be terminated. This allows for password changing to be a secure way of ensuring that your account cannot be accessed by unauthorized personnel.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but rest assured, your accounts will now be more secure.
